Cranberry and yogurt panna cotta

Simple recipes are the most popular of all, even better if they are also beautiful and look impressive: to start of this recipe series I thought I’d post this panna cotta with yoghurt recipe, very easy to make, it will turn a delicate lilac color thanks to the raspberry juice.

It ‘a perfect dessert for both the afternoon for after a meal, you choose the size based on how you want to serve the dessert: small silicon molds or glass jars or cups.


375g vanilla yogurt
150ml cream (dessert cream)
1 tablespoon white sugar
70-80ml milk
5 gelatin sheets (10g)
130ml of wild blueberries juice
Optional toppings: 50g medium-sized fresh cranberries/raspberries/blueberries (the choice is yours) + minced pistachios

Heat the cream with the sugar without letting it boil, turn off the heat and melt in the drenched and well wrung out gelatin. Let it cool, while stirring continuously, as it shouldn’t solidify.

Depending on how you want to serve the dessert, divide the mixture into silicone molds, glasses or cups. Cool in the refrigerator for several hours or even better fort he whole night.
